    Description

UPDATED LISTING - Zildjian Gen16 cymbals no longer included, price modified to reflect that.
UPDATED LISTING AGAIN - PD-128 mesh pad is no longer included, price modified again to reflect.
The original PD9 and PD8 pads (last picture) are all included, as are the cymbal stands to mount them to the rack.  NONE of the Zildjian Gen16 cymbals nor accessories (i.e. sound processor, etc) in the pictures are included.  The PD-128 shown in the pictures as the snare is no longer available either, however there is a PD-120 that works satisfactorily (described below) in its place - this is still a 6-pc kit as pictured, just with a PD-120 in place of the PD-128, and with 3 PD-9 and 1 PD-8 pads in place of the Zildjian Gen16 cymbals.
Let me state up front - I am looking for someone local to purchase this kit.
I will not ship it.  Please don't ask.
If it does not sell as is, then I will part it out and put it all up in separate auctions with shipping.  If you can't get to Freehold, NJ, please don't bid.
The entire kit works and works well.  Would I gig with it?  No.  But as far as having a good kit for practicing on where you don't have the luxury of making the kind of noise that an acoustic kit makes, this fits the bill perfectly.  Where there are flaws, I will mention below.  If I don't point it out, it works well.
This kit starts with the Roland TD-10 V-Drum kit.  The bass drum is the upgraded KD-120 pad.  One of the PD-120 pads is absolutely usable, but is not as sensitive with the soft hits as the other pads.  It may just be that the cone needs to be replaced on this pad.  I would personally set that up as the floor tom, as that is the one I require the least sensitivity from.  The KD-120 has a small tear in the head, however I covered it up with a patch and it works beautifully.  You can see it in the pictures.
All in all, the following drum pads are included:
    1 KD-120 mesh kick
3 PD-120 mesh pads (one of which, as mentioned, not as sensitive on the light hits, other 2 in great condition)
    2 PD-100 mesh pads
3 PD-9 rubber pads, which are 2 zone, and 1 PD-8 single zone.  The PD-8 is the hi-hat, the PD9's are your ride and crash cymbals.
Obviously, the TD-10 brain included as well with all necessary wires, and the Roland rack, however I have upgraded ALL of the multi-clamps as well as the clamps that connect the bars with Gibraltar clamps.  The plastic Roland clamps were absolutely horrible, did not hold position well, and broke way too easily when tightening them.  This includes ALL drum and cymbal multi-clamps, and the 90 degree clamps that hold the center and right side of the rack together.  The left side only holds the TD-10 brain, so there are still 2 Roland T-clamps holding that side of the rack on, but the structural integrity of this rack system is to be compared with any acoustic drum rack out there.
Unfortunately, the double bass pedal in the pics is NOT included.  I still need that.
Again, I am looking to sell this all to someone local.  Please don't ask me to ship, please don't ask me to part it out.  I will give it a week or two and if it doesn't sell, then I will part it out into smaller packages that I can ship.
This is a very good practice kit, and has served me well.  I would not gig with it (be prepared to pay WAY more money for an electronic kit to play any real gigs with), but as a practice kit that won't bother the neighbors, it works, and works well!
    Thanks for looking.
